Custom Banner Information

Every banner we create is hand-painted and thoughtfully designed with care, creativity, and attention to detail. To ensure the best experience, please take a moment to read each product description carefully before placing your order.

Custom Orders

Each piece is custom-made by hand, making every banner truly one of a kind.
To allow enough time for design and creation, we recommend placing your custom order at least 3 weeks prior to your event date.

If your event is sooner, we do offer a rush option — please reach out so we can accommodate your timeline.

Within 1–2 business days after your order, you’ll receive a Google Form via text to provide all your customization details — including your event date, theme, wording, colors, and any inspiration photos.
Please note: your order isn’t finalized until this form is completed. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation copy via email for your records.

Production & Delivery

All banners are crafted in the order of upcoming event dates, not by purchase date.
Each piece ships via UPS Ground, arriving 3–4 days before your scheduled event.

Before shipping, you’ll receive a photo preview for approval to ensure everything feels just right.
Once approved, tracking details will be emailed to you — please check your spam folder just in case.
